Progrès is a tight-knit network of some of Scandinavia's most experienced HRM and HRD consultants.

We initiate and implement development programmes, helping leaders improve and reach their goals, regardless of their present situation or stage of development.

With our "Strategy into Action" philosophy, we transform clients' business strategies into concrete and co-ordinated leadership action.

Since the company was established in 1993, Progrès has implemented over 40 such "Strategy into Action" programmes. In each case, we have worked with groups of between 30 and 450 managers from companies and organisations spanning the entire business spectrum. Project times ranged from one to three years.
