Leadership is an ancient art. It is as important in today's corporate climate as it was in the royal courts and battlefields of ancient times.
Knowledge about the skill of leading others is acquired and refined, and never becomes redundant or old-fashioned. As certain leadership styles drop in and out of fashion, the principles of good leadership remain the same.
Many of our consultants have worked together on leadership projects for a number of years, and some of us have been with Progrès since it was founded in 1993.
Even though Progrès' consultants all have one thing in common - their years of leadership experience - our backgrounds vary from psychology to engineering and from finance to the armed services.
