Methodology

The process of executing Progrès' leadership development programmes can typically be split into six phases, with each phase contributing to the definition of the next: At first contact we provide a free and unconditional consultation to show companies how they can improve and realise their goals through tailored, business-focused and action-orientated leadership development programmes.
