Ethics

Progrès' work is founded on the philosophy that people are an organisation's most valuable resource. Each individual should be treated with importance, and his or her integrity should be protected and preserved in every situation.

Our ethical approach follows what we call "the closed room principle". This means that everything discussed or revealed by a person during an assignment belongs to that individual. They are the ones to decide if something should leave the "room" or not, and if so, to whom it should be communicated.

We follow the strict ethical rules and guidelines of HRK (the Swedish Association for Human Resource Consultants).
