Pedagogic principles
"Strategy into Action" is our guiding belief, especially when it comes to teaching. We believe that any leadership theory should immediately be followed-up with discussions about practical use, with examples being drawn from participants' day-to-day reality.
These discussions are followed by case studies in the training environment, with participants receiving comprehensive feedback and time for personal reflection. This work then becomes a personal action plan that is implemented in the workplace with the results monitored by Progrès.
Leadership without action is not leadership, just empty words.
